Roman holds a CV boasting six participations in the Olympic Games with two Tornado gold medals (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004), and Tornado World Champion (1999). Roman is one of Austria’s most successful summer sport athletes and has won the Austrian Sports Personality of the Year award twice, in 2000 and 2004. Roman led his crew to third position in the 2015 Extreme Sailing Series.

A two-time Olympic Tornado gold medallist (Sydney 2000, & Athens 2004) and Tornado World Champion (1999) Steinacher has competed on the Extreme Sailing Series alongside Hagara since 2010. As of 2015, Hagara and Steinacher have acted as mentors for a select group of young sailors through Red Bull Sailing Team, the Red Bull Foiling Generation and the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup.

One of the youngest sailors in the fleet, Dodson has established himself as one of the New Zealand youth sailors to watch after claiming a handful of national titles including winning the New Zealand Youth Match Racing Championships in 2012. In 2013 Dodson was part of the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup runner up team Full Metal Jacket.

Adam joins the team for the 2016 season having worked as GAC Pindar shore crew in 2011 and 2012 and sailed with Team Land Rover in 2014 & 2015. With Piggott’s extensive multihull experience and experience in the Series since 2007 he will be a valuable asset to the team.
